ORDERING ON THIS SITE
All orders and purchases on this site are subject to confirmation from Torque Holdings Limited. We currently have 2 methods of purchase, purchase on this site using the secure payment service or by emailing us on our contact page, which you will be sent an online invoice and your order will only be confirmed after receiving the payment to required account. To eliminate errors, on-line order will improve efficiency.

Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed.
If you wish to cancel the order, please do promptly, any delays may result in order being dispatched and you will incur the return shipping and handling fees and customs duties and taxes. Cancellations should be made by email.

Torque Warranty
All Jet Boards mechanical or electrical parts of the Jet Board or accessories attached to the Jet Board sold by Torque Holdings Limited have a one-year warranty. Except for the battery and spare battery if purchased, as the battery has a life span of 800 cycles. The battery usage and Jet Board usage is all stored on our data base and we can see the amount of cycles the battery has undertaken. The one year warranty is against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship.
